III. Privacy Policy

VDEcloud respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use vdecloud.com services. c) Credit evaluations, violations of laws and regulations, or violations of VDEcloud rules, and measures taken by VDEcloud against you.

d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or the VDEcloud service agreement or related rules, disclosure to a third party is required;

f) In a transaction created on vdecloud.com, if any party to the transaction has performed or partially performed the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, VDEcloud has the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to the transaction in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute;

g) Other disclosures that VDEcloud deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.

4.  Information Storage and Exchange

Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no absolutely perfect security measures on information networks;

b) When conducting online transactions using vdecloud.com services, you will inevitably disclose your personal information to the other party to the transaction or potential transaction parties, such as contact information or postal address.
