• Refund: No refunds/exchanges after purchase . Servers failing to activate within 24 hours are refundable. Issues with international networks are not eligible for a refund.
• Expiration & Data Retention: Service suspends at expiry, data retained for 1 days. Overdue data is permanently deleted.
• Support: Via online chat, Help Center, or tickets. OS applications installation & maintenance are user’s responsibility, not covered by support.
