• Activation Time: Activated within 6 hours
• Trial: Test IP: 107.148.144.33 , can test latency & routing via ping/tracert.
• Refund: No refunds/exchanges after purchase . Servers failing to activate within 24 hours are refundable. Issues with international networks are not eligible for a refund.
• Expiration & Data Retention: Service suspends at expiry, data retained for 3 days. Overdue data is permanently deleted.
• Support: Via online chat, Help Center, or tickets. OS applications installation & maintenance are user’s responsibility, not covered by support.
